2. Complexity of the Animation: For highly technical and specific requests, custom 3D models are recommended, which increases the cost. Using pre-made 3D models can reduce costs by up to 30%.
3. Length of the Animation: The length is a key element. To create a 1-minute animation, 1500 images are required, which significantly affects the price. A 30-second animation will cost less than a 5-minute animation.
4. Voiceover in Multiple Languages: Adding voiceover in multiple languages is more expensive than just adding background music.
5. Resolution of the Animation: Higher resolutions, especially if required for large format screens, can increase costs. For instance, a 4K resolution may be necessary for large exhibitions.
6. Urgency: In urgent cases, we may need to work during nights or holidays or use render farms to speed up the rendering process, which can raise costs.

PHASE 1: Budget Creation
To create a budget, the client must provide a brief script that outlines the key aspects of the project and a chronological sequence. This script can be textual and should ideally be accompanied by reference images and examples of the desired quality. Based on this initial script, we will provide an indicative budget.

PHASE 2: Storyboard, Script, and Creativity
Once the budget is approved, we will develop a storyboard so that the CLIENT can preview the creativity in terms of shots and cinematic framing. The client will have the opportunity to make any corrections or alterations necessary, and we will make the required changes until all of the client’s ideas are accurately represented.
It is essential for the client to actively engage in this process as a co-author of the project. Based on all the ideas, project duration and work, we will provide the final project quote and request a deposit to begin the project.

PHASE 3: Sending Previews
During the 3D model development process, our company will send the CLIENT preview images of the work so that they can make necessary adjustments until they are fully satisfied. Client involvement is crucial, as they are co-authors in the project. Adjustments within the typical scope of any animation project are included in the budget. Once the project starts, any request that changes the script or content will be quoted for and a new budget given.

PHASE 4: RENDERING
Once the 3D model is complete and the CLIENT has approved the preview images, we will request written authorization to begin the rendering process, which usually takes between 48 and 120 hours. We generate 1500 images per minute of animation.

PHASE 5: EDITING, SOUND, AND POST-PRODUCTION
After the rendering process is complete, we will proceed with the linear editing of the animation. We have a team of voice actors to add any voiceover in any language.
