──── ABOUT THE SERVICE ────
3D MEDICAL ANIMATION IN NEW YORK
We are a 3D medical animation studio specialising in congress content, virtual events and medical VR for New York pharma and healthcare teams.
Animation made for the moment your audience is standing in front of a stand, not sitting at a desk.
New York is a congress and communications city. Pfizer is headquartered here, the major healthcare communications groups run their accounts from here, and a great deal of the industry’s public-facing work is decided in the same few blocks.
For Pfizer we built a 360 degree virtual trade fair for the SORCOM congress: a complete navigable stand where visitors moved through spaces, opened content and watched the science, without a physical hall.
Congress work has its own constraints. You are competing with noise, with people walking past, with three minutes of attention at most. The science still has to be right, but the first job is stopping someone, and the second is leaving them with one idea they can repeat to a colleague.
We build for that: loops that read without sound, sequences that can be cut down for a screen or expanded for a plenary, and interactive versions for stands and virtual events.
3D Medical Animation for New York Pharma & Healthcare
New York concentrates pharmaceutical headquarters, leading academic medical centers, and the agencies that shape healthcare communication. In a market this competitive, visuals have to cut through.
We produce 3D medical animation for New York pharma teams, hospitals, and medical device companies that need to explain mechanisms of action, present clinical evidence, and stand out at congresses and product launches.
From sales enablement content for field teams to high-impact pieces for major industry events, we combine scientific rigor with the production quality a demanding market expects.
Pfizer, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in New York, partnered with Pixel Medical Animation to create a 360° virtual trade fair experience for the XXVII SORCOM Congress. The web-based environment presents its rheumatoid arthritis treatment through an immersive digital park inspired by joint anatomy, featuring animated characters and interactive hotspots with scientific content. Designed for seamless access across devices, the experience combines education and visual storytelling to reinforce Pfizer’s leadership in medical innovation.
3D MEDICAL ANIMATION SERVICES
Congress and trade show animation
Made for a hall, not a desk: loops that work without sound, stop someone walking past, and leave one idea they can repeat to a colleague later.
Virtual events and 360º stands
Navigable spaces where visitors move through rooms, open content and watch the science. We built exactly this for Pfizer at the SORCOM congress.
Medical virtual reality
Immersive experiences for training and for congresses, where the audience steps inside the mechanism or the procedure instead of watching it.
Launch and campaign content
Assets for product launches and brand campaigns, produced to the standards of the communications groups that commission most of this city’s healthcare work.
WHO NEEDS 3D MEDICAL ANIMATION?
Pharmaceutical communications teams
To arrive at a congress with something that stops people walking past, and holds up when a clinician asks how it works.
Healthcare agencies
To cover the technical 3D part of a campaign without changing the strategy or the creative you already sold.
Congress and events teams
To build stands, virtual spaces and interactive content that survive a hall full of noise.
Medical device and diagnostics brands
To show a product in use, at the scale where the difference is visible, for launch and for sales.

BENEFITS OF 3D MEDICAL ANIMATION
Stopping traffic in a congress hall
Three seconds decides whether someone stops. The science still has to be right, but the first job is visual.
Virtual stands that keep working
A 360º space stays open after the congress closes, and keeps generating conversations from a link.
Immersive experiences
Virtual and augmented reality for training and for launches, where the audience steps inside instead of watching.
Assets sized for every placement
One production, cut for the stand, the tablet, the launch page and the social plan.
Material that survives an agency review
Produced to the standards of the communications groups that commission most healthcare work here.
3D MEDICAL ANIMATION FOR CLINICAL SPECIALTIES
We design bespoke 3D medical animation projects tailored to specific medical specialties, combining scientific rigor, visual realism, and clear narrative flow.
Each animation is developed to effectively convey procedures, treatments, and mechanisms across a broad range of medical disciplines.
Anatomy
Clear anatomical context, because a congress audience has seconds to place what it is looking at.
Immunology
Immune mechanisms told at stand pace: one idea, visible from three metres away.
Oncology
Tumour biology and treatment mechanisms for congress, launch and media use.
Cardiology
Cardiac function and cardiovascular mechanisms, animated for presentation rather than for the lab.
Medical devices
Devices and diagnostics shown in use, in versions cut for the stand, the tablet and the launch page.
Biotechnology
Platforms and biologics explained to mixed audiences of clinicians, press and investors.
Neuroscience
Neurological conditions and mechanisms, where the visual has to carry what words cannot.
Genetics
Genetic mechanisms simplified for a general audience without losing what matters.

WORK PROCESS
1
Research and scripting
Each project starts with comprehensive medical research and script development, ensuring scientific accuracy and visual consistency throughout the animation.
2
3D modeling and animation
All medical, biological, and pharmaceutical components are precisely modeled and animated in 3D, with a strong emphasis on realism and educational clarity.
3
Rendering and post-production
Each animation is finalized in high resolution, incorporating visual effects, annotations, and graphic elements to ensure optimal delivery across both digital and live platforms.
FACTORS THAT DETERMINE THE PRICE OF A 3D MEDICAL ANIMATION
Project complexity
Pricing is determined by the volume of 3D assets, the duration of the animation, and the level of interactivity required.
Level of detail
Visualizing molecular or microscopic processes usually requires more development time and resources than animating external medical devices.
Delivery timeline
Production timelines depend on the scope of the project. More complex medical animations require extended schedules to achieve the highest quality standards.
FAQS
How much does a 3D medical animation cost?
It depends on duration, level of detail and resources required.
How long does production take?
Usually between 3 and 8 weeks, depending on complexity and final format.
What usage rights are granted?
Clients receive full ownership and usage rights for all final content.
What formats are delivered?
Full HD or 4K videos, optimized for web, congresses or medical e-learning platforms.
Can VR or AR be integrated?
Yes. We combine 3D medical animation with virtual and augmented reality to enhance immersion and learning.
How is scientific accuracy validated?
Each project is reviewed with clients and, when required, with external medical advisors to ensure scientific precision.
Can you support a congress in New York if you are not based there?
Yes. Congress assets are delivered and tested well before the event, and virtual stands are hosted so they work from anywhere. New York is six hours behind Barcelona, so there is an overlap every afternoon for the week before a congress, which is when questions actually appear.
